This is the outline description for the position of .

Responsibilities

• First-line support to the Manchester based team
• Management and compliance enforcement of the electronic filing system within the team
• Management of incoming and outgoing post
• Management of incoming e-mails
• Acting as a liaison between the Birmingham and Manchester offices

Prior Experience

• Working within an office environment as part of a team
• Using Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Using standard word processing and spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Office or OpenOffice

Location

This position will be based in a serviced office in Manchester city centre.

Working Environment

Applicants should be comfortable using video conferencing software to communicate internally within the business and will be expected to dress appropriately if meeting partners.

Hours

The position requires a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week to be worked on a flexitime basis. During busy periods more hours may be available if desired. The hours will be agreed with the successful candidate. The latest start time will be expected to be 10am. The hours can be worked across a minimum of three days and a maximum of 5.

Remuneration

The position pays an hourly rate of £8 per hour.
