This is the outline description for the position of .
Responsibilities
- Approval of uploaded member photos
- Assisting members in resolution of issues
- Communicating with the technical team to resolve any technical issues
- Management of incomplete/dead profiles
Prior Experience
- Working within an office environment as part of a team
- Using Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Using standard word processing and spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Office or OpenOffice
- Customer service experience but not essential for the right candidate
Location
The position will be based at our offices in Birmingham City Centre. The offices are located within walking distance of New Street and Snow Hill train stations. The office has no parking provision but paid car parking is available nearby.
Working Environment
On a day to day basis there is a smart casual dress code within the office. However you will be expected to dress smartly from time-to-time when the occasion requires. The current team works brilliantly together and there's a real focus on creating a fun environment to work in.
Hours
The position requires 35 hours per week to be worked. The anticipated working day will be between 9am and 5pm, Monday through to Friday.
Remuneration
The position pays an annual salary of £13,000 per year.
Start Date
Immediate.
